This is a special donation to Christ UMC for its 2022 operating budget. The funds will be used to help offset the Church's operating fund deficit due to increased costs, reduced pledge contributions in comparison to 2021, and chaotic investment markets. These contributions will be combined with other actions currently underway to control expenses and increase other revenue, such as Church rental fees. The congregation is also invited to submit ideas for areas of study and improvement in the Church expense and revenue picture. We need new and creative plans that we can implement during 2022.
