Christ UMC Youth Group (ages entering 6th grade - 12th grade) meets on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month after the 10:00 am worship service. The youth group's next meeting is Sunday, August 10, 2025. If you have questions or would like more information, click this link to send a message.

We also have several youth-focused musical groups, led by CP Eubanks (Wesley Bell Ringers) and Desi Jensen (Asbury Bells).

Mission Trips

Service and spiritual development

The Jr High Mission Trip is usually a trip nearby for 4-6 days in June. One of our favorite locations is Cortez, CO.

The Sr High Mission Trip is usually held in July, and involves service projects such as cleaning, painting, yard work, feeding the homeless, and working at food banks. Of course, we also make time for fun activities and sightseeing. Past trips have visited Lame Deer, MT; Twin Low, ID; Puerto Rico (2018); Portland, OR (2019); Alamosa, CO (2021); and Puerto Rico (2022).

Our main fundraiser for the youth mission trips is the annual Chili Bowl, held on Super Bowl Sunday.

Our heart of serving, loving, and caring doesn't just apply on our annual mission trips, but year-round in our own community! The youth participate in various service activities, building the community through our younger generations.
